I would like to share with you a Yoga for Beginners course created in collaboration with the online learning platform, Versal. There are four lessons in the course: Breath of Yoga, Breath Movement Synchronization, Tadasana Standing Sequence and Seated Forward Bends Sequence. For maximum benefit, I highly recommend studying the course in that order.

The course introduction outlines what a safe yoga practice means and how to avoid hurting oneself through yoga. Each lesson includes an introduction, major principles covered in the lesson, conclusion and references to sources. By the end of the course, you will learn how to develop and maintain long, slow, smooth ujjayi breath, learn a sequence of poses that exercises the entire body, develop better awareness of your body and acquire skills to do yoga safely in your personal practice and in group classes.
