Below is a free Beginner Yoga course created in collaboration with Versal.com. It is based on the style called Vinyasa Krama which I learned from Srivatsa Ramaswami.
By the end of the course, you will learn how to develop and maintain long, slow, smooth ujjayi breath, learn a sequence of poses that exercises the entire body, develop better awareness of your body and acquire skills to do yoga safely in your personal practice and in group classes. Enjoy!

I have completed the 200hr Vinyasa Krama Yoga Teacher Training program, which is registered with Yoga Alliance. My teacher, Srivatsa Ramaswami, was a private student of 33 years of the legendary Sri T. Krishnamacharya.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from Columbia University.
